Vinyasa Alignment for Stability

Strength and flexibility, lightness and stability – both in yoga and in life, we often strive for balance between two polarities, that “sweet spot” or healthy middle ground.

In this vinyasa alignment workshop, we’ll explore the interplay between these seemingly opposing qualities, play with balance on the mat, and notice what arises when things get a little wobbly. You’ll build a solid foundation in alignment so you can move through your vinyasa or Inside Flow practice with more confidence and ease.

In doing so, you’ll practice finding balance – inside and out, on and off the mat.

Inside Flow Workshop

In this Inside Flow workshop, we’ll continue to explore the concept of balance through movement and music.
Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to deepen the emotional experience of the practice. Ami combines her years of dance experience with her passion for yoga to guide you through creative, flowing sequences set to a playlist of modern music.
Your body, breath, and movement become one – with no clear beginning or end. As you build the choreography step by step, you’ll naturally enter a state of flow, turning your focus inward and cultivating a deeper connection to yourself.

Together, we’ll laugh, sweat, and move beyond our limits – Inside Flow is challenging, but all the more rewarding for it.

Suitable for both Inside Flow fans and newcomers (a basic knowledge of yoga is required). Registered Inside Flow teachers receive 2 TRCs for this workshop – please note this when booking your spot.
