True grace isn't just flexibility — it's strength you can feel.
This 3-hour workshop is built around one idea: that when you learn to activate and support your body with intention, movement stops being something you push through and starts being something you inhabit. Transitions become smoother. Postures feel more alive. And the flow – when we get there – carries a different quality entirely.
We'll move from alignment and technique straight into an Inside Flow sequence, so everything you've just explored in your body goes directly into practice.

What's included:
🔥 Strength & Grace Alignment Session We'll go beyond passive stretching and into deliberate muscle activation – learning to find stability, control, and precision in the transitions and shapes that matter most in vinyasa and Inside Flow. The focus is on alignment that works for your body, not a generic blueprint.
🎶 Inside Flow Class We flow together through a full Inside Flow sequence built around the Strength & Grace theme – every breath moving into the body, every movement shaped by what we've just practised. Expect to work, to feel it, and to surprise yourself.
