This two-hour Inside Flow special guides you from dynamic, music-led movement into a deeply nourishing sound bath. We begin in rhythm – moving, breathing, and flowing in sync with the music – and gradually transition into stillness, where the crystal sound bowls invite your nervous system to soften and settle.

This is an invitation to slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself – without pressure or expectation.

No prior experience with sound baths is needed – just come as you are.
